How Do I book a collection?

To book your free collection slot, contact us via the Lets Chat! icon, email, Facebook messenger or Instagram direct message. Give us a brief overview of the items you are looking to sell and your postcode. We will find some available slots in your area. Easy Peasy!

What do I need to do before a collection?

Once your collection is booked in, we will send you a reminder the evening before or morning of. Let us know if there are any parking restrictions we need to be aware of. Have your items ready for quality check, this can either be laid out in neat piles or hung up, as long as they are all clean with minimal creasing we aren't too fussy! We will bring the bag to take your items with us. 

Have your bank details to hand to complete the collection form we will bring with us. 

Be sure that EVERYTHING you plan to give us does not have sentimental value as we cannot return to you. 

Collections take up to 45 minutes and your Wardrobe Wonga representative will explain all the information you need to know. 

What happens after you have collected my stuff?

Once we have collected your items we will take them back to HQ for photographing. They will be photographed and listed on various selling platforms at a competitive price according to the current market. We will let you know once all your items are listed and let you know your assigned emoji. Your selling period will not start until your first item has sold, we will let you know when this happens.

How do you know who is who's? 

Upon collection we will label your bag with your name and the date we collected. Once back at HQ and photographed, your items will be stored in a plastic storage box with your name and assigned emoji. We have never lost an item and plan to keep it that way!

When do I get my money?

Once your items are listed and your first item is sold, you selling period begins. You will have a four week selling period. After two weeks we will give you an update and then on the day your selling period ends we will transfer your #LazyMoney into the account you gave us upon collection. 

I have pets, is that okay?

Yes! having pets is okay. We have lots of clients that have pets and they get loads of attention from us! We do advise using a lint roller (sellotape works just as well") to remove any pet hairs that have attached themselves to items you wish to sell, as we can't take anything not in excellent condition. We also advise Febreezing your items. 

We would also appreciate, that if your pet is anxious or doesn't like visitors to let us know beforehand and ensure they are in their safe space whilst we are in their home.
